Nolato\u2019s Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday.<\/p>\n

Dividend:<\/strong>
The meeting resolved in accordance with the proposal of the Board of Directors to pay a dividend of SEK 10.00 per share. The dividend record date is Monday 2 May 2016, and the dividend is due to be issued by Euroclear Sweden on Friday 6 May 2016. The ex-dividend date, when shares will be listed ex-dividend, is 29 April 2016.<\/p>\n

The Board:<\/strong>
The Annual General Meeting re-elected the Board members Fredrik Arp, Dag Andersson, Sven Bostr\u00f6m-Svensson, \u00c5sa Hedin, Henrik Jorl\u00e9n and Lars-\u00c5ke Rydh. Jenny Sj\u00f6dahl was newly elected as Board member. Fredrik Arp was re-elected as Chairman of the Board. The meeting resolved on directors\u2019 fees in accordance with the Nomination Committee\u2019s proposal.<\/p>\n

Auditors:<\/strong>
Registered auditing firm Ernst & Young AB was appointed auditor, with Public Authorised Accountant Stefan Engdahl as principal auditor, until the end of the 2017 Annual General Meeting.<\/p>\n

Nomination Committee:<\/strong>
The meeting resolved that the Company should have a Nomination Committee consisting of one representative for each of the five largest shareholders in terms of the number of votes as at the end of September. The names of the five shareholder representatives and the names of the shareholders whom they represent shall be made public as soon as they have been appointed, but no later than six months before the 2017 Annual General Meeting.<\/p>\n

Discharge from liability:<\/strong>
The meeting discharged the members of the Board and the President from \u00adliability for the 2015 financial year.<\/p>\n
