The companies are involved in the development and production of printed packaging for the pharmaceutical industry and were part of the acquisition of Cerbo Group, which Nolato completed in early March this year. <br\/>\n<br\/>\n\u201cTheir graphically oriented operations are outside our core area,\u201d noted Georg Brunstam, who is the president and CEO of Nolato. \u201cWith the sale to Str\u00e5lfors, the companies now get an owner with a strong focus on graphic operations.\u201d  <br\/>\n<br\/>\nCerbo G\u00f6teborg and Medigrafik have some 100 employees and are expected to have sales in 2007 of SEK 145 million.
