In all, the new company will have around 275 employees.\n\n\u201cThis merger will create a customer-focused, powerful organisation with combined project resources, uniform working processes and a shared quality system,\u201d explains Christer Wahlquist, President of Nolato Medical. \u201cThis gives us the ideal conditions for running major customer projects involving large-scale production.\u201d\n\nThe process of recruiting an MD for Nolato MediTech is currently underway, and is expected to be complete in early 2010. After more than a decade at Nolato, Magnus Emeus \u2013 currently MD of Nolato Medical Rubber and Nolato Medevo, and a member of the Group management \u2013 has decided to pursue new opportunities outside the Group.
