Nolato\u2019s Annual General Meeting was held on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Dividend:<\/strong>
The meeting resolved in accordance with the proposal of the Board of Directors to pay a dividend of SEK 6.00 per share, of which SEK 3.00 is an ordinary dividend and SEK 3.00 is an extra dividend. The dividend record date is Monday 2 May 2011, and the dividend will be issued by Euroclear Sweden on 5 May. <\/p>\n

The Board:<\/strong>
In accordance with the Nomination Committee\u2019s proposal, the Board members Fredrik Arp, Gun Bostr\u00f6m, Henrik Jorl\u00e9n, Anna Malm Bernsten, Erik Paulsson, Hans Porat and Lars-\u00c5ke Rydh were re-elected. Fredrik Arp was re-elected as Chairman of the Board. The meeting resolved on directors\u2019 fees in accordance with the Nomination Committee\u2019s proposal.<\/p>\n

Nomination Committee:<\/strong>
The meeting resolved that the Company should have a Nomination Committee consisting of one representative for each of the five largest shareholders in terms of number of votes as at the end of September. The names of the five shareholder representatives and the names of the shareholders whom they represent shall be made public as soon as they have been appointed, but no later than six months before the 2012 Annual General Meeting.<\/p>\n

Discharge from liability:<\/strong>
The meeting discharged the members of the Board and the President from liability for the 2010 financial year.<\/p>\n
