The decision has been taken despite Nolato\u2019s healthy financial position, and does not signal a change in the company\u2019s dividend policy or future dividend targets.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>The decision comes in light of the considerable uncertainty resulting from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Board has chosen to withdraw its dividend proposal to the AGM as a precautionary measure and in order to gain a better overview of the consequences of the pandemic, as well as to ensure financial flexibility for the company.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>The Board has decided to propose to the AGM on 4 May that no dividend be paid. However, over the course of the year the Board will give consideration to a dividend payment for the 2019 financial year if and when the situation changes.
