At the same time, they have together divested 103,000 shares in the company to finance the aforementioned acquisition and manage tax effects.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Following the above-mentioned transactions, the members of Group management (incl. families and companies) have a total holding of approximately 61,000 shares in the company and 114,000 warrants corresponding to the same number of shares upon full utilisation.
