The final purchase price for the company is SEK 418 million. Treff\u2019s sales for 2016 are estimated at just over SEK 450 million, with an EBITDA margin of around 11.5%. The EBITDA multiple is approximately 7.5 \u2013 8.0 times.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The company will be consolidated from 3 October. Around two-thirds of Nolato Treff\u2019s operations will be reported within Nolato Industrial, and one-third within Nolato Medical. The acquisition is expected to have a marginal positive effect on Nolato\u2019s earnings per share for the current year. \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The transaction will be financed using existing credit agreements.
